Most Surprise floor plans do not need every wall papered. They need one wall done well: the elevation behind the sofa, the dining nook, the primary headboard wall, or the stair run. Murals and large-scale prints turn that into a focal point — but only if panels align and the wall under them is smooth.
Accent wall process
- Confirm the wall is the right one for scale and light
- Skim or line textured drywall so the print does not telegraph bumps
- Prime with wallpaper primer
- Dry-fit mural panels or map the repeat before paste
- Hang plumb, seam by seam, with outlet and trim cuts finished clean
